STICKY FINGERS

I lay the blame for this project firmly at Joy Division's door because I had made a collage of Love Will Tear Us Apart and thought another 99 lyric collages might be fun.

Thankfully it was. Loads.

For the first time I decided to not do paper cuts but still kept up the papery love. I had lots of spare 10x10cm ceramic tiles and thought they would give me much needed boundaries (something I generally lack!) I chose songs I loved and made an accompanying Spotify playlist so everyone could sing along - it's still there under #ruthiesstickyfingers.

As ever I wrote lots to go with each days piece. Mostly nonsense - lots of predictably shallow song research and lucky for everyone, remarkably little personal oversharing compared to other years...
